This vintage 1960s nightgown and peignoir set by Roger's was made from a silky white nylon material. Both pieces feature a stunning gold metallic floral and scroll print, with it being across the shoulders on the robe and over a sheer chiffon princess waist panel on the gown. The robe is made entirely of sheer chiffon. Puffed elastic cuffed sleeves and an open fit creates volume to provide the perfect 'princess' silhouette of the era. Closing up the center chest with little gold buttons for added allure. The gown features a gathered bust and hip that gives a Grecian look for the wearer. Nipped at the waist with a long sleek skirt. Very flattering, perfect for a pinup lovers bridal trousseau.

A Note on Buying Vintage

This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:

• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina

These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.

Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
