These 1930s to early 1940s palazzo lounge pants were made from a rich peach rayon satin material with a very high sheen that plays beautifully with light and shadows. Ultra high waisted, with a wide band that cradles the edge of the ribcage, nipping slightly at the natural waist. to flatter the figure. Pleated detail allows a smooth transition into a loose hip, with a sleek long hem that opens at an impressive 35 inches at the ankles. These very chic pants close at the side of the waist with button snaps and pair beautifully with a variety of tops and jackets. A perfect high-glam lounging staple.

Condition: Hand washed and steamed. Studio lights and pooled fabric at the floor make these pants look faded but they are not; was unable to get the aim quite right. There are some water marks from steaming and one very small mend at the back-side of the waist. Photos do not do them justice!
