This vintage late 1920s to early 1930s pajama set was made from a very pale aqua blue silk material. Bias cut, with. the top featuring a gathered keyhole neckline that closes with darling pale pink silk drawstring. Ruffled detail across the chest with a softly fitted waist, cinching with pink silk ribbon ties. The pants sit high at the natural waist with an elastic back that provides an always perfect fit. Very wide palazzo legs fall to the ankles with a ruffled hem, and whopping 32 inch leg openings. A very sweet and sleek pajama set that perfectly represents the transition from the 1920s to the 1930s.

Condition: Hand washed and pressed with no holes or rips. Elastic in the waist of the pants has been replaced and fabric is very strong. There are several runs in one of the silk ribbon waist ties of the top. A tiny dot from age on the pants near the mid-seam, and some barely visible yellow color transfer in some areas from improper storage.
