This 1910's Edwardian gown was made from a heavy weight white cotton material that feels much like a linen blend. Absolutely stunning, with elaborate soutache embroidery that frames the neckline and adorns the bust and sides. This gown hugs the curves nicely, with a wide boat neckline that reaches to the very edges of the shoulders that comes to a point at the center chest. Long tapered sleeves that come to a point at the front wrist, with rows of pin tuck detail that circle down their length as well as around the bodice and upper hip of the gown. Pleated sides and crochet inserts at the lower skirt pull the eye at all angles, with a row of crochet buttons that close the dress at the center back. This dress is truly incredible in a rare average modern size. Would make for a wonderful bridal gown.
