Vintage 1950's Robe | Lemon Yellow Rayon Taffeta with Purple Velvet Floral Appliqués | Size M

This vintage 1950s robe was made from light weight pale lemon yellow rayon taffeta, with deep purple tulip appliques and embroidery adorning its entirety. A very flattering fitted bodice, with a ruched darted shoulder and long wide sleeves offering the perfect late 40's to early 50's silhouette. A deep V cut opening, closing at the waist with button snap and removable sash tie closure. This sweet dressing gown falls below the knee to about mid-calf, with a darling asymmetrical circle skirt that looks exquisite over a fluffy petticoat. A very unique and fun lounging jacket that would transform perfectly into outer wear.

Very good: No holes or rips, but there are some faint marks from age as pictured and a pinkish cluster right above the hem in the side/rear.
