I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Sizing details
All measurements are diligently listed. My measurements are taken relaxed without stressing the fabrics. I suggest that you invest in a soft measuring tape so that you take your own measurements and compare listed measurements to yours or items that fit you nicely. I always recommend to allow at least 1 inch for mobility, as these fabrics can be quite delicate.

How does shopping for vintage differ from shopping for brand new, modern clothing?
There is no better feeling than finding and receiving vintage items that are in completely flawless, mint condition to offer fellow lovers of vintage lingerie. I will always inspect the items thoroughly and disclose any and all flaws found as well as price these items accordingly. Because the items offered are 30+ years old, minor flaws and discolorations can generally be expected as most vintage shoppers may already know. Similarly, there may be times where very faint and tiny flaws went unnoticed by me (even after studying every inch).
Please also know that items that have never been worn, even with original tags (dead stock) may still contain minor flaws due to age or storage. Again, any flaws identified by myself will be listed!
Do you clean and sanitize these initmate items before shipping?
I absolutely do if I am confident that I have the capacity to do so without causing damage. I will treat stains and hand wash or dry clean all items post 1930, and select items from earlier decades (such as sturdy items made of cotton or rayon).
Items that are very old or delicate will not be laundered prior to shipment. These would include some silk, crepe, or velvet items. These items may require specialized cleaning, and I do not want to risk damaging them by cleaning them myself.
Deadstock items will also be shipped without laundering so that I do not damage the original tags.
How are orders processed & when can I expect you to ship my items?
All vintage items are inspected one last time prior to packaging.
I ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after purchase. Please let me know if you need your order shipped immediately and I will do my very best to accommodate.
Can I request a different method of shipping? What about insurance?
All U.S. orders are shipped either First Class or Priority (if over one pound). If additional insurance is desired, please request it as it is relatively inexpensive.
*Any expedited shipping upgrades may be requested at the buyer's expense.
I will add tracking information for all orders. Please reach out to USPS if your package is lost or stolen. If insurance is purchased, you may file a claim. You may also request assistance via Etsy's Buyer Protection Program.
Unauthorized Returns
Please advise that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Daggers & Dames will notify you of return and will offer the option of reshipping the item back to you. It will be at your own expense to have an unauthorized return shipped back to you. If no arrangements for reshipment have been made within 14 calendar days of item received, the buyer forfeits all monies paid for the unauthorized return and the item will be relisted.
Layaway
Layaway is available for items over $100. Please see the terms below:
The first payment must equal at least 25% of the listed price and is due immediately. The 25% will be a deposit and is non-refundable. Invoices will be sent via Paypal, so the buyer must provide an email address and shipping address, which will ONLY be used for this purpose. Buyer has 30 calendar days from initial payment to pay for the item in full.
If the item is not paid in full within the above stated time frame the buyer will refunded all amounts paid less the 25% deposit, and the item will be relisted. Please keep open communication if something comes up.
*Sale items, free shipping, and promotions are not applicable to layaway.
Return Exceptions
GROSS MISREPRESENTATION:
The buyer must notify me, with photos, within 7 days of delivery for a return request.
Gross misrepresentation includes:
• Inaccurate measurements provided in excess of 1/2 of an inch.
• Excess & visible flaws not mentioned in the conditions of item.
I do not allow returns due to color. Color may vary due to lighting or screens.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I am legally required to accept returns for international orders if requested within 14 days of delivery. The terms & conditions below also apply to returns due to unpaid customs fees:
• Refund will exclude a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
• Item MUST be in original, unworn condition.
International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees. I will never lower the actual value, nor will I ever mark an order as a gift. This is illegal, so please do not ask.

Where do you source your vintage pieces?
Estate sales, private sellers, secondhand and antiques stores, etcetera. I am constantly searching for new vintage items, so please feel free to reach out if you are a vintage dealer or wholesaler.
