Vintage 1950's Slip | Hunter Green Acetate Taffeta with Bias Cut | Seamprufe - New with Tags | Size SM
This late 1940s to early 1950s slip by Seamprufe is a very fun vintage lingerie collector piece. Made of light & flexible hunter green acetate taffeta, perfect for avoiding ride-ups. Bias cut with thin adjustable straps, and a darling scalloped neckline and hem for a cute, feminine touch. Slender fitting with an A-line skirt which falls below the knee, with 3 tiers for trimming to the perfect length depending on height. This richly colored and very flattering piece has its original hang tag that is just as worthy as collecting as the slip itself. The little lady has a cutout for you to turn and sample the 'fashion colors' in order to find your best shade. Such a fun and flirty little number!
CONDITION - Very good: Never worn with no holes or rips. Unfortunately there is a very small white 'splatter' near the stitching of the bodice on the right side that resembles paint or something similar. A deep patina in a few areas due to age; most significant being toward the bottom of the skirt, likely from being folded for several decades.
