Vintage 1950's Girdle | White Chevron Satin with Lace | Size S | Spencer Corset Company
This vintage 1950s girdle by the legendary Spencer Corset company was made of upmost quality. A gorgeous white satin with a chevron pattern provides a stunning look to this foundation piece, with delicate white lace adorning the upper edge which rests slightly above the waist around the ribcage. Delightfully crafted, with flexible steel stays around the front, back and sides to provide structure and support while crafting the figure beautifully. Sitting with a higher back to support and enable proper posture. This girdle has a natural curve over the hips and seat with stretchy elastic panels on the sides of the lower hip to allow for flexibility upon wear. 4 garters with strips to protect the skin from friction hold your stockings high upon the thigh. A stunning foundation piece!
Excellent: Worn lightly with very minimal wear. There is a missing tab which reveals a black line and stitch holes on the front. Two very faint age spots on the very top seam of the back waist. 3 hooks were replaced in closure; mentioned for transparency.
