A 1950's fit and flared formal dress made of an ultra sheen, creamy peach silk with a rich coral taffeta lining. The fitted bodice has a lovely wide boat neck and a beautifully tailored cut with gorgeous embroidered detail and a little center bow. This gown has an incredibly wide 119" floor length sweep creating remarkable folds and movement, with decorative appliques along the hem and stiff netting stitched on the inside layers to add extra drama and structure. The back has a hidden zipper closure down the spine and eye hook closure at the very top. This remarkable evening dress is very dramatic and full of details, and could easily be worn as a wedding dress for those that would rather not wear white. No matter the occasion, this dress will certainly make you feel like a princess.
CONDITION - Very good: This dress has had one small repair made in the center of the neckline (about 1/3 of an inch) and there are small surface stains that I believe will come out with professional cleaning. One tiny hole on the seam under each arm that can be mended. Priced accordingly, more images available upon request.
* This dress has not been cleaned
