Vintage 1950's Corset Girdle | Rose Peach Cotton with Fan Corset Lacing | Famous Gale by Sears, Roebuck and Co. | Size MED, LG, XL
This 1950s corset girdle by Famous Gale is a very comfortable yet sexy foundation piece. Made of rich rose-peach rayon-cotton blend fabric with flexible steel boning to smooth and shape the figure. Sitting at the natural waist with a raised back for spinal support. Corset lacing up the sides and fan lacing over the derriere help you to adjust for an always perfect fit, while also providing tantalizing aesthetics, perfect for costume or for when you want to add a little dash of daring to an otherwise very feminine lingerie piece. 4 adjustable elastic garter straps hold your stockings up high, making this great for short dresses and skirts. Eye-hook closure on the right front-side for ease of wear. A lovely little belt that flatters the silhouette beautifully. Perfect for in and out of the boudoir.
CONDITION - Excellent: no holes or rips. No staining with the exception of little dark spots on the underside of some of the garter clasps. One garter clasp is a replacement, exact same style and size but mentioned for transparency. All elastic in great, stretchy condition, though the upper part of the abdominal support is not as tight as it was almost 70 years ago.
