This 1940's slip by Lady Love is made of rich buttercream Bur-mil rayon that is silky smooth with a light sheen. With a sheer deep V bias cut bodice made entirely of floral lace with touches of light pink. Adjustable straps that are thin and hide nicely beneath your tops and dresses. Famously made with 8 gores, which shape the slip beautifully to glide along the curves and smooth the silhouette. The front has a deep lace hem and slightly ruffled scaloped hem to add even more beauty to the slip. This nicely made lingerie basic has touches of glamour that are anything but ordinary!
CONDITION - Very good: This slip was previously shortened and then let out, and unfortunately the teeny tiny stitch holes are still visible. One pinhole in the center back directly below the lace edge. A fray spot on the right strap a few stitches are missing, and there looks to be a bit of discoloration in areas of the lace on bodice under very bright light (see photos).
