A 1940s nightgown or dressing gown made of silky rayon satin with ivory lace trim around the winged collar and sleeves. It is absolutely stunning, giving a flattering silhouette with a bias cut and A-line skirt falling to the feet. The sweetest lace edged pocket rests on the right breast for little trinkets. A lightly fitted waist with 2 side ties to adjust the fit, and lovely wide 3/4 sleeves that are gathered at the shoulders and open at the end similar to a trumpet. A gorgeous and very glamorous dressing gown that is quite versatile, you can easily get away with wearing it as a dress.
