This 1920s Japanese kimono robe is a very special and iconic piece. Made of natural raw pongee silk that has a gorgeous natural luster and is light as a feather making it perfect for layering over your favorite night or day wear. Hand painted with bright, very bold flowers & palm leaves, all outlined in gold. Open in the front with no closure, this rare beauty drapes beautifully with a loose shoulder and wide sleeves falling well below the elbow.
