FULL DESCRIPTION:

This 1920s robe is a rare gem made in Florence, Italy my Tecla Melliz. Heavy in weight and made from a cotton-wool blend that is not too scratchy against the skin. Bountiful ruffles adorn the entire opening and add a very flattering touch to the figure. 3/4 length sleeves fall just below the elbow with wide ruffled openings, and a hem completely lined in complimentary ruffles. This darling piece wraps closed with two attached rope ties that tie at the left hip, though the robe looks wonderful when worn open as a stunning duster sweater over casual attire. A superb collector's piece for the lover of all things Art Nouveau.
